4. Events, Meetings, and Workshops

Participation in TAPPA events, meetings, workshops, outings, competitions, and other activities is voluntary.

TAPPA reserves the right to:

If an event is canceled by TAPPA, any applicable refund policy announced for that event will apply.

Members are responsible for the accuracy of the information they choose to display.

Users of the directory agree not to:

  • Harvest or scrape member information.

  • Use directory information for spam or unsolicited marketing.

  • Misrepresent themselves when contacting members.

TAPPA is not responsible for interactions between members or third parties resulting from directory listings.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • All activity occurring under your account.

  • Keeping your account information current.

TAPPA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Unless otherwise noted, content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and organizational materials, is owned by TAPPA or used with permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify TAPPA content without prior written permission except as permitted by law.

Photographs submitted by members remain the property of their respective creators unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Media Release

TAPPA may photograph, record, or livestream meetings, workshops, competitions, and events for promotional, educational, archival, or organizational purposes.

By attending a TAPPA event, you grant TAPPA permission to use photographs, video, audio recordings, or other media that may include your likeness unless you notify TAPPA in writing before the event.
